What should I know before I send you email?
To increase the chances that your email gets through, do not send unapproved attachments. The best practice is to send plain text email with no HTML, scripting, etc. The final filter that the mail goes through is my eyeballs so write a title that makes it clear that you are responding to one of my articles or something on the website. In other words, try to write a title that tells me at a glance that you are not a
spammer.
Do you answer all your email?
No, I get so much email that I just don't have enough time to answer all the questions.
But I do read the mail and when I get a lot of questions on something like, say, Alpha
Lipoic Acid, I start collecting research on it and eventually I'll post an article.

Update Notification
Personally, I get annoyed when people send me bloated HTML newsletters. Isn't that what
web pages are for? Instead, I just send you a short text email when I update the site. All new
material goes on our home page, so I send a link and short description of the new stuff.
This list is totally private and infrequent (about 1 email a month).
