Document RetrievalWhat if Selma can't find one of the articles that I ordered? No problem. She will fill as much of your order as possible and cut a you refund check for the article(s) that she couldn't find. Can you fax the medical articles or accept rush orders? Not at this time. Our primary goal is to help the little guy by providing document retrieval services at the lowest possible cost. Most of the universities that offer a photocopying service seem to price-gouge the little guy. Typically, people who are affiliated with the university and even non-affiliated "health professionals" are charged a low rate, however, "non-professionals" are charged WAY more than the big shots. I think that kind of pricing structure is ridiculous and offensive. Why should someone who is suffering from a disease have to pay through the nose for information that they desperately need? How long does it take to receive my order? We can usually fill paid orders in about 2-4 weeks.
